So why is it that whenever i get messages on my myspace account, it is always from non-white guys, who usually don't live in North America (ie not Canadian or American), who can't speak(type) very well in english, and they all think that we could 'be friends or more'. On top of this, when I look at their profiles, their only friends are girls!!

hahaha. That's hilarious, but I agree it would be creepy and I'd probably delete the comments too. (if i ever used my myspace)
I once had this Indian guy come up to me and tell me that he had never seen red hair before and we should have babies because they would be a nice shade of brown with red hair. It was then that I backed away slowly and laughed politely..lol

I'm not getting hit on by creepy africans, but I keep getting event notifications for stuff in LA. like a party celibrating Missy Eliot reaching 2,000,000 in sales for her last album. (dunno if she was gonna be there for it or not... *Shrug*

granted, my location is listed as beverly hills, ('cause 90210 is the only zipcode I know...)so myspace makes all kinds of fun assumptions on it... it's great... :P (like giving me the weather in LA, and all 'cool new people' from the same area.)

good times. but I think as far as why there are all kinds of girls on the friends lists of these creepy guys... some girls will go for any kind of attention they can get.

Maybe they're looking to get married to a Canadian or an American to get citizenship. Whether they don't say it right off the the bat it's probably end result. That's why all their friends are girls because they cultivate many different opportunities until one pays off.
