my first court appearance

oh my god....I just got a subpoena to go to court in February. Some guy is getting charged with fraud and shoplifting from back in January and I am "likely to give material evidence for the prosecution". For all the times that I had to write out reports for suspicious stuff, I never thought I'd actually have to go to court! I'm kinda freaking

I got subpoena'd after the guy went loco at CW back in 2000. but he pleaded guilty, so I never hadda go to court. Might be that the same thing happens for you... do you remember the specific event at all? or have they given any information to jog your memory?

also on the plus side, at least your first court appearance is on the witness stand, and not the defendant's chair... :P *sings* always look on the bright side of life... *wanders away whistling...*
