the suicide/shooting last week still has me all messed up emotionally and intellectually.  i broke the news to the don about changing my dissertation yesterday.  he was supportive... thankfully.  i am looking forward to sharing with you all about my new project, but it's still a fetus :-)  i'm hoping to share by monday.  i hope to receive much
