my dissertation is about the hidden injuries of racism that asian americans bear.  white supremacy operates on several levels.  on one hand they create racial disparities in admissions and enrollment.  in another way, white supremacy operates to create a culture that condones racial microaggressions.

i saw that boston globe article too last week, it was quite interesting. we're at work exploring ways for students to respond and cope with racial micro-aggressions too. did bc institutionally ever address or talk about racial/class dispartities?
