Very strange seeing a picture of a building you remember so well now abandoned.

When I saw it in Moscow, about 8 and a half years ago, it was still in fairly good nick. It didn't look like it was in use at the time, but it certainly hadn't fallen into this state of disrepair.

Such a shame as the building is absolutely beautiful. Leave a comment

Yes, what a beautiful building, hopefully someone will restore it and do something with it. It would make a great school, was that what it was before?

I don't know if you're a member of steamfashion, or if you saw it when I posted it a few months ago, but you may enjoy the vid I posted here (I lost the original steamfashion link). It's an abandoned finishing school somewhere in America, and it's so pretty, but very, very creepy!
