So I thought I destroyed my hand this week playing a weird Hanon exercise requiring 2 to turn a third over 1 instead of just a second. I left the keyboard lab in tears, it hurt so much. I wore an ace bandage for a few days. I cried at night because I thought I wouldn't be able to play anymore, let alone hold a pen with my dominant hand.
