Hello my amazing and incredibly fun fellow livejournalists! Well, supposedly I am a horrible driver. This is according to Ashley, a girl who claims that her purpose in live is to make her tires screech. It's better to be legal! I had never driven before I took driver's ed (i just paid attention when other people did) so driving my first few times wasn't GOOD exactly but was by no means really unsafe.

I think it's best to test out your "skillz" in a parking lot, you know, feel things out and master the art of turning on the blinker without activating the windshield wipers (don't ask). Then, wait for the big day to take on the roads. If I was going to put half of a car on the grass (like your partner did) I'd rather do it in a driver's ed car with a little sign on the top that let people know that I didn't necessarily know what I was doing :).
