whoa its been a while since i updated. well i got 5th out of 8 people at my competition on sat. pretty tight considering thatthe top 5 were all 19 except me. no worries though and i'm pretty sure i'm gonna do another show in October. Four days until competition adn boy am i nervous. i think i got all the posing down along with the routine that Rod helped me come up with. tomorrow i start carb depleting to drain all the bodyfat out of my body. fun fun so ya its sat. at 6 p.m. at Skyview.
