One week later...

One week later and not much has happened. Same usual routine of service on tuesday, wrestling on tuesday, violin on wednesday, and wrestling on thursday (which by the way was a fucking killer 1 and a half hours). you might not have that much weight to lose... you can end up getting super tired all the time and that's no good...

I agree
remember at the end of the season when i had to cut 8 lbs each time of just water weight to get to 125 because i had taken all that creatine and gotten muscle mass?
made me tired as shit and though i kicked ass the first two periods if i didn't pin the guy i was done for. sigh.

ken, this is the pre-season. you should be focusing on building muscle mass, not cutting lbs. if you cut lbs now when the season comes you'll get weaker and weaker. build excess muscle now so when you do get weaker you'll still be strong.
