So I've nicked Laura's diet, with a vegy twist and in 2 days have lost 1/2 a stone if I can lose 2 stones by the end of two weeks I will finally be perfect sized!

Been doing lots of preparation for mine and laura's hair stall on friday, come down to greenwich and see us!

I just eat the vegy alternative which is still working the same. I managed to find a vegy substitute for all of them except the fish which I just had tofu instead.

wheee. Sounds....scary i'm going to start tomorrow i guess. Although all the meat is going to make me feel ill [EGGS AND STEAK NOOOO also, I dont want to eat lambies :(] Sure I can put up with for 2 weeks. What are you doing then? I thought you just went vegan?

Alsooo, what time will your stall be open til on friday? Adam has an opticians appointment at 2 so we have to like, plan around that, haha.

I went back to just vegy for this as the veganess was more to lose weight. I just sunstituted the meat with the vegy alternative and its worked just the same so far =)

I think the stall is there till 5 but I'm not 100% sure
