I know peta have a habit of exaggerating things, but their is usually some truth behind it and from what I can find its seems likely that mars are evil bastards.

because they're jumped up hypocrites with documented links to domestic terrorists (i.e. convicted arsonists and the such like with the ALF...who I hate even more)

Also there are parts of that story in particular that are clearly wrong and PeTA attacking the wrong target.

They have to test the flavinols on animals BY LAW

and Mars clearly weren't cutting rats legs open to check the flow through their systems as for over a decade there has been a completely non-harmful technique for injecting dyed cells into humans to check the flow around the body.
