I am quitting smoking.
Monday I had 4.
Yesterday I had 5.
Today I had 1. But it will prolly be 2 by the end of the day.
How do you change after 14 years of bad habit?
This is very hard.
I want to eat everything in sight. I envision myself turning into a fucking lardass.
Then I can die of heart disease instead of lung cancer. Yay me!

You can do it once you get past this rough spot it gets easier keep some sugar free hard candy on hand so when you feel the urge eat a piece of candy.
