running around with friends

Men can be less than smart and interpret any innocent smile or conversation as the signal that you like them. It becomes quite annoying when you feel you can't even have a friendly chat with the opposite sex without it becoming a "can I have your number?" "umm...I wasn't even thinking that" sort of exchange. lol

I think it takes a long time to sort out feelings you have for someone. Loving someone as a friend versus actually loving them or really liking them. And if there are two people and one *likes* the other, they probably won't stay friends. Just can't work. And I don't think it's what a girl does that makes a guy like her. I think he'll like her if he likes her, not necessarily because she did something to make him think she was into him. Though if you're a guy, you like a girl, and you realize she would never wanna be with you, it's like, why even be friends. In most cases, friendship is killing time until y'all can be more than friends. Until people get married. Then everything changes again.
