With Christmas just being a few weeks away, it's definitely time to enjoy some classic holiday songs. Let's start with The Singing Dogs and their timeless rendition of "Jingle Bells."
I was surprised to learn that their version is even more timeless than I would have ever imagined. It became a worldwide smash success in 1973, but was actually put together in the 1950s as an early example of how the power of magnetic tape could be used to produce an entirely new audio product--not just a replay of a live performance.
