Oh, you know... It's your average underwater research complex on top of an oceanic mountain. It's mostly about aquatic research and technological advancement all that jazz. There's a plaque somewhere that says 'This is our last frontier, a hostile environment which may hold the key to tomorrow.' I think that's just a nice way of saying if the world gets flooded or whatever, a few people might not be totally screwed thanks to Sealab.

Actually Sealab has it's luxuries. Well, using the term loosely. I mean, there are a few bars and a golf course and there's enough space to stretch your limbs. If you're into that kind of thing.
