Let my paid LJ account expire, which is fine, but now I miss my icons. :-( I may need to delete everything and pick my fave 6 to reupload, because all of icons are angry now. Well. Many are angry! shh!! no TB spoilers (but you're always super good with spoiler cuts so I don't have to worry...) ;) ... I'm not allowed to watch until my diss is finished -- so BINGE BABY, it'll be.

Sculpted arms will be doable if you can spare some time! Even just doing curls with soup cans, tricep dips, and pushups will help. There are tons of month "challenges" out there and even working out normally the way I do, I definitely have noticed a bit of definition from doing those challenges.

Also, you are not weak! You are strong! You just want to be STRONGERRRRRRR! :) (I'm all about that positive thinking right now - I mean, you can always get stronger, right!)

Also, I found this "30 day bodyweight shred" challenge for the month of July -- and while the signups are now closed, I can forward you the workouts if you want. It looks good!

Of course no spoilers! Don't want to ruin anyone's fun!

I think I'm probably just going to focus on yoga, specifically sculpt classes. Maybe once a week, maybe more. They're good, and a good workout, and I don't feel punished the next day. This morning my arms were a little sore, but that's faded already. And that's what I want! None of that "sore for days and oh god it hurts" nonsense that can happen with intense bodyweight exercises. :-P
