Another Snow Day, Another Post!

Apparently I can only bring myself to update when it snows. Which is... not good news for the majority of the year. Hrm. Anyhow! Worked from home today because they were calling for 4"-8" to fall during the day, followed by sleet to ice over the roads. Did not want to drive in that! The majority of all that ended up missing us, but hey whatever.

She is! Though she actually got worse before she improved. Turns out it wasn't a spider bite, more likely a splinter or a thorn that punctured her toe and caused the infection. So a few days after the initial vet visit we took her to our regular vet, who prescribed a different antibiotic, an anti-inflammatory, and an epsom salt soak to help draw the infection.

It was pretty gross, let me tell you!

But she's all better now, and was just dropped off at doggie daycare for the first time in a few weeks. So yay!
