sheesh. that guy always seems to be really nice but sometimes i just want an answer not an education :P
according to their website i can take the green line to govt center? they also mentioned the aquarium stop but since i'm already on the green line i figured gov. center would be better...is that a good plan? is it one of those "you can't miss it" type deals once you get off the T?
i've lived in boston for 5 years but i just never had any reason or desire to go do touristy things so i'm unfamiliar with that area.
Yeah, IMO, Blue line is a pain unless you are going somewhere that is REALLY *on* the blue line, like the aquarium or suffolk downs or Revere Beach...
When you get to govt ctr, go up the escalator/stairs, and you will have city hall plaza in front of you. There is a main street once your cross city hall plaza, and you will see fanueil hall market place/qunincy market/tourist trap extordinaire... upon entering the building, you will see a Strabucks on your left. If you see this, you are in the correct building.
Oh, due to the cow parade....the green monster cow is right outside of quincy market. that might help. haha.
Steve's is right at the end. There's also a columbo place, but I think that' might only be yogurt. There is also bubble tea and the best cucumber rolls I've ever had at this "sushi" place.
earlier this year i interviewed at a temp agency in gov. center so i at least know that plaza right there, so that's a plus :) [& lol at the cow parade but it's probably a great stand-out thing to look for] good sushi??? another plus, awesome! i have to confess though, to never having had bubble tea. i like tea, and i like tapioca pudding, but the, uh, balls in those teas always seem so...BIG. kind of freaks me out i have no idea what to expect taste-wise, and they seem to have so many different flavors i wouldn't know what to get!
looks like i'll be heading to quincy market on an empty stomach...
Hey, if you don't mind, let's do the LJ friend thing. You're one of the few people in the b0st0n community that don't make me want to gouge my eyes out with a rusty fork.
