hey woman. its not stupid to forgive him, not for him, but for YOU. its unhealthy to hold onto things like that. forgiveness doesnt mean that you give that person another chance or become best friend with them again, or even ever trust them again. its means you have closure and you've moved on. its completely independant from the other person.

as for the "i hope i have strep throat..." dont turn into a degrassi episode!! HAHAHA, im sure you're fine:o)

i agree with unfailingstar...you can forgive him, because that is a very mature and honorable thing to do...but that doesn't mean that you should give him another chance...and another. If he has continued to lie and let you down, then you don't need that kind of person in your life. Especially since he's not there "in person" to be in your life. You have a chance to move on and at least you don't have to see him and you have the choice of not answering the phone if he calls. Ya know...I don't know honey...like I told you on the phone...I know it's a hard position to be in, and it's hard to not care about someone you really care about. I feel for you that you are going through this...but I love you and I'm thinking about you! ;) Keep me posted
