at&t. it's alright, i guess. it's all i've ever had so i don't know any better or worse. i often don't get incoming calls or messages, which sucks, but it doesn't make me want to throw my phone against the wall and watch it explode into tiny pieces. this may be owed to the fact that i adore my actual phone, although i can't say the same for the provider. OH WELL. good luck!
