Rachel is absolutely terrifying in this story!! :) Though it does fit her determination.

You know I always took Blaine's comment as mocking of Rachel, but it really didn't come off that way in the show.

Very interesting and very good.

Ditto to that entire comment.

I still wish the camera would've been on Blaine's face during that line so we could've matched his expression with his words and maybe made more sense of it. At least now there's this story's explanation!

She's quite terrifying. As I mentioned to brighton_girl, it's not that Rachel has bad intentions, she just doesn't understand the consequences of her actions here or that what she is doing here is really violating and bad and that's really scary. I just want to shake her and tell her "Rachel, this is not okay!"

I still wish the camera would've been on Blaine's face Oh, me too. That was too weird of a line for Blaine to not give us more context for it. The idea for this fic came about because I was side-eyeing some of Blaine's behavior in The First Time and Extraordinary Merry Christmas and thought, "Blaine what are you doing? It's like every time you're around Rachel she casts this spell on you...oh."

Thank you so much for the comment. It's much appreciated!

Interesting. That idea had never occurred to me.

Definitely. The worst part is that Rachel doesn't have bad intentions, she just doesn't understand the consequences of her actions here or that what she is doing here is really violating and bad--it's quite terrifying. I just want to shake her and tell her "Rachel, this is not okay!"

Thank you so much for your wonderful comment! You're lovely and I really appreciate it.

OMG, Rachel is so RACHEL. This is great. Though now I'm going to have that song in my head for the rest of the day!

Thank you so much! :-D I'm so glad that Rachel's voice worked for you in this story.

I presume you mean "Thank Goodness" and not "Extraordinary Merry Christmas". If so, my condolences but it could be worse, right? If it's the latter...my condolences ;-). I love that performance like nothing else, but the song itself really isn't my cup of tea.

I really appreciate you taking the time to comment. Thanks again!

It's Rachel, ramped up 1000. It's great. <3

I'm pretty sure I can't get 'Extraordinary Merry Christmas' in my head. I heard it twice, once pre-show, and once on the show, and decided to never listen again. "Thank Goodness" OTOH... there was a girl who auditioned with the solo section in my Musical Theater group... and she's got this amazing soprano (but no low notes at all). So now I can only hear her voice on it. It's kind of weird.

oooh you posted!

I really love how this has turned out missy - it's so very Rachel and there really is a "spidey-sense" aspect to Blaine's behaviour and Rachel's role in it... Love the description of making the drink/potion - really cool.

Thank you so much! I love your "spidey-sense" description--it really made me smile. And I guess that's the benefit of being an interdisciplinary natural sciences major: I can write convincing chemical reactions, haha.
