mom started to charge me rent today for living at home.

anyone looking to move out? anyone need a roomie?

why pay rent to live with my parents, when I can pay rent and live on my own, or with someone who id rather spend more time with?

Its just annoying

I can afford like $100-$150 for rent. Find a way to make that happen, and you have yourself a room mate.

Get a big house, get five or six room mates like on the Real World. Rent becomes cost effective, we can all fix it up, and if things go sour, we sell it and get a lil money out of it.

I refuse to rent an apartment. It's throwing your money away.

Kara is going back to school. From work...I don't know anyone I'd trust. But I can think of a few people around here who are in the same position I'm in as far as money goes. I can think of 2 people for sure that are looking for a place, and two more who might be interested.

The problem, is that we'd need someone to actually get the mortgage and to put it in their name, there's no way I'd get it, or probably you or anyone else our age for that matter. And there'd be a ton of details to figure out, but if we can't get past actually finding someone who has the ability to get the house, it doesn't much matter.

Are you online right now? IM me. I don't see you on my BL.
