i have an online journal because it gives me something to do. i don't have a written one, i don't see the point in it. having an online one gives another form of human contact.
1) To let people know what's up in my life and to entertain me when I'm bored. 2) Yes. 3) I write extremely private stuff in the written one, online is for friends to read and I don't always want to share. 4) Too tired for the rest...
1. I have an online journal because there are times when I need others' opinions on things and I need to get stuff out of my head.
2. I did for a long time but I haven't written in it in a long time.
3. This one is not as detailed about my life. The other one is where I am totally uninhibited because I know that no one will ever read it unless I want them to.
1. Why do you keep a journal? -- Mostly to vent. And to think things through. 2. Do you keep a written one? --- Not anymore. 3. What are the differences in what you write about in both? -- It used to be that written journal was more private; now I don't care. 4. Add any filler shit here: -- Ehrm. I <3 Kelly?
I keep an LJ because it's a good way to keep up with your friends who you don't see often (I personally know about 80% of my flist).
I keep a written one, and most of it is stuff that's not appropriate for my LJ, since I rarely write private entries. I kept the paper one going for a while when I was diagnosed with Leukemia, when I was in the hospital just so I could get my thoughts out.
The differences are that my LJ is for mostly public use and/or venting, whereas the written one is for reflection.
hmm...filler shit...I like llamas?
you probably have already written your paper by now, I just realized. Damn.
