had never been a fan of his, not because of any particularly displeasing experience---really just contempt prior to investigation.......but i LOVE this excerpt!!!!!!

always happy to have a foolhardy prejudice removed....well, i don't suppose happy is the right word all the time, but in this case at least, i'm grateful.
