So, any advice you can give The Don would be most appreciated...he is really excited that it's a girl, but absolutely terrified of actually having to DO anything with her :)

Well, one advantage of a girl is that diaper changes are much less likely to involve Bellagio-like urine fountains. :)

But in general for both of you, for the first month or two, she'll not be very responsive or interactive, but once she starts interacting with you, you'll love it. Ariana has been smiling and laughing and talking to us for 5 or 6 weeks now and it's awesome. :)

Of course, as a Dad, just watch out, she might end up like my daughter. Ariana *LOVES* boys, she's a terrible flirt. Also, she prefers to like naked & diaperless any time she can. These two tendancies do not bode well for me in 18 or so years. :-/
