Is there no such thing as customer service anymore? I worked retail for 5 years and believe me, I know there is NO more important thing to customers than courtesy, competence, and follow-through. I've been trying to get OfficeMax to make my freaking calendars for WEEKS and the idiot store manager (1) can't meet a deadline that he created; (2)
