February Supper Club: Recap and Recipes

Things I learned:

(1) Choosing recipes that don't have a lot of prep is a crappy trade-off for dishes that need constant babysitting while cooking
(2) When trying something new, ALWAYS have enough on hand to try a second time if the first is an abject failure--re: souffle

You're first to post all recipes, although S&A did get them electronic first, and J&G did have the hard copies.
