We used to go to this place down the street from Lincoln Electric. Maybe it was called Euclid Autobody? We never had a problem with them and they were on our car insurance list of approved places.

I've had good luck with Classic's body shop up in Mentor, though that might be further east then you want.

I'm fine. It happened after class last night in the Tri-C parking lot, so I wasn't going fast. The dent isn't horrible, but the paint damage is pretty severe.
