I walked the dog right before and it dropped a load I had to pick up. Smelled rectum fresh!

perhaps you were meant to enjoy the natural grace of the ocean rather then trying to capture it - I used to take starfish from the rocks on Orcas and make them pets, only to have them dry-up and die within the afternoon... the ocean is depressing *walks off to ponder this*

depressing?

the beach was my playground, my greatest childhood toy and by far the best remedy for anything. salt water heal wounds, the ocean nourishes, it always changes and never boring or the same.

i am sorry to hear that you feel that way, but i am sure the ocean can do as good even with one dried up starfish.

hrm... i grew up by the beach also back in japan. My grandpa would take me to the shore and I'd collect things in the tide pools, mostly rocks that i thought were shells... I was a stupid little child *sigh* And i think a blue-ish husky would be adorable, their eyes are so hypnotizing.
