D: why is this happening to me?!

This morning, I accidentally brushed my hand-mirror off of my desk, shattering it.  I cut myself on the shards while I was cleaning it up D: after that, I tripped over Ayano (one of my aunt's cats - she's sooo cute - here she is!) as she was coming up the stairs, and we both tumbled down.  She scratched me ;_;  Also, I broke a plate while eating
