Are there any kind of emergency procedures at all? I mean, like, these buildings aren't going to hold up to strong earthquakes, are they? And - well, these kind of buildings will be worse off, right? Because they're ruined as it is and falling debris will just make things worse if things get worse, so... Is there anything in place

I'm actually beginning to think that tremors were not entirely uncommon here... the hospital has some reinforcements done to it.
