I wonder what peoples' IM etiquette is. for instance, when you are talking to someone that isn't your best friend or whatever, do you wait for them to IM you? or do you have an every-other-conversation rule? and do you always say hello how are you, or do you just jump in with a general fact of conversation? do you mind letting a conversation go
