Here is a convo I just had with my mom via text message. She's at her favorite bar, this little hole in the wall place in midtown where she's friendly with the owners/staff:

MOM: Ok, so some punk rocker walked in and everyone is going nuts. Have no clue who he is, something daddy? All in gold and tacky

THAT is awesome. My mom recently watched Notorious B.I.G. on MTV and then randomly started talking about East/West gang violence and Diddy's involvement -- and I was like 'WOAH - WHERE IS THIS COMING FROM???'
