I want to ramble for a bit on the Fullerverse and fandom/fanfic for a minute.

See, I just picked up the full series of Hannibal, which is gorier than my usual but ultimately a very good show and if you can stand gore I suggest you watch it. But for all that I am a queer woman and a slasher, I don't really want to see Will/Hannibal as endgame--not

Hmmm...we have Fraser, who will lick things for evidence...and we have Hannibal's particular culinary pursuits....

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of parallels--Fraser is certainly not a psychopath, but he's definitely used to controlling his anger and darker impulses. Ray Kowalski is rude and prickly in order to cover up being a soft marshmallow underneath. Will Graham is rude and prickly in order to cover up his empathy disorder. Hannibal is certainly in control of his darker impulses.

Not sure how such a fic would end, to be honest....
