So when we moved out of our last house, I might have sort of nicked a film camera that I found in the garage (what? we couldn't work out who it belonged to!). Then honeypuffed and her damn camera made me want to buy some film. So I did. And then Teloka and I burned our way through it and the other day I got it processed

crappy photos yayayay. proud to be a horrible money-killing influence, (: what i kind of love with film too is it stops you from watching life through the digital screen. it's just like, with this, you take a photo, and it's done. there isn't 10 minutes of everyone wanting to see it, and i feel like i'm actually looking properly at things more as opposed to staring at the screen waiting for something to happen so i can snap it. HM, UNEXPECTEDLY PRETENTIOUS VIEW HERE BUT YOU GET THE POINT. la la la it's late i'm so tired but my gay shakespeare musical movie was distracting me ): i swear you need to see it, the costumes are fucking amazing and shiny.

haha I totally understand your ~pretentious wank. If I was actually doing it properly, it'd also force me to think about aperture and shutter speeds and everything else as well, instead of looking at my screen and being like 'yep, looks good!' I can't wait for my shiny new cameras to arrive, they'll be even less digital! :DDD IT'S A GOOD AND TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE, YEAAHH \o/
