1. Ready your base!

2. This step is optional. For darker icons you may need a screened layer.
I didn't use one for this icon, but I did in a couple of the examples. It's really up to you.

3. New Layer > Levels
RGB: 57, .97, 255
RED: 0, .70, 255
GREEN: 0, .96, 255
BLUE: 68, 1.55, 255

4. New Layer > Selective Color
RED: -100, 33, 100, 0
YELLOW: -18, -31, 100, -43
GREEN: 4, 0, 0, 0
NEUTRAL: 10, -2, -25, -1

5. Duplicate the Selective Color Layer and set to softlight.
