I just had to comment on parts such as this. One would think that since they are trying to impersonate a representative of the United Nations, they would at least learn enough English to sound like they graduated from a tertiary institution. Of course, having sounded like that since I was about six or seven years old, I have always been advantaged in that respect, but come on...

Oh yeah, and I just wanted to introduce myself as I was doing a scan for mutual interests. So... hi. *waves*
