I had intended to post this last night, but I was so tired I just went to bed. Sorry for the one day delay. Ling Ge Ge just breaks my heart, he is an Emperor, but was without much authority, riches, without love, without a true friend. At least 4th prince had 13th prince. Liu Fu Ling had no one.

Thank you. I haven't read all of your translation after chapter 30...just like some readers, I am terribly afraid of bitterness, angst, anger, and sadness. Hence, a delayed reading, once it moves past the difficult part so that I can just zoom out of the part i cannot handle. I know, I am coward :-)
Thank you for sharing this beauty. You managed to capture the nuance and hidden meaning behind the lines from this writer. I do enjoy her BBXJ, too, though not so much DMY.

I absolutely loved BBJX too! As for YZG, I think I have deliberately and gradually desensitized myself to the tragic bits and really just enjoyed the development of the plot and the unveiling of the characters' deeper motivations etc. I used to dislike MJ but am finding myself much more sympathetic towards him too as the plot unfolds. I am beginning to appreciate his ability to survive and the fact that he does truly love YG but not in the same way as LFL. Darcy

Somehow I'm really intrigued by Hong Yi and Liu He's story, ever since they first appeared together. There's something indefinably sweet about their relationship, even though it's just Hong Yi taking care of Liu He right now. Thanks so much for the translation!
