So many cool moments in last night's ep.
- Jin's flying tackle of Michael was the best tackle ever. Okay, I felt really bad for Michael (who I have just realised is Link from The Matrix Reloaded-- duh!), but it was an awesome tackle.
- Sayid was being a dick, blaming Michael. But then, he was only trying to help. And Sawyer helped out-- he wasn't such a twat this episode.
- Charlie and bees! Run, Charlie, run! XD He should've pulled his shirt off and all.
- Locke is still Mister Cool. He made Charlie give up his drugs, and knows his music, and showed him where his guitar was. And Charlie got all teary eyed and OMGsocute.
- He called Locke a 'git' XD It sounds like such an out of place word in this!
- I feel for Sun. Her story with Jin was so loving but so tragic at the same time-- she loved him so much, but his pig-headedness just turned her away from him. He cared so much about making money (for her-- it wasn't his fault, as such) that he forgot about loving her. "Remember when all you had to give me was a flower?"
- Sun speaks English! Okay, now I'm torn between being all Michael/Sun, yay! And wanting Jin to realise where he's been going wrong and make up with her. Love triangle, much?
- A watch? Honour? Sun's father is one messed up guy! I was thinking back to the trailer for Lost, and one of the whispers was 'one of us is a murderer...' Up till now I assumed it was Kate. Now with Jin being all secretive and that blood, I'm not so sure. Is he a hired thug for Sun's dad?
- Jack has a point about the woods, but then, so do Sayid and Sawyer. What happened to being all 'let's stick together and be like one big, happy family!' Now they're all split up! Surely they could have rotas-- people go and sleep and rest in the woods whilst the rest stay on the beach and watch out.
- Hurley has awesome taste in music.
- Okay, so last episode Clare was all... dying. Now she's not there? Is she okay? Why do we have all these things about these characters that vanish next episode?
- Where did that axe come from? Just asking.

Look at your LJ "interests" list. If you have fewer than 50 interests, pick every fifth one. If you have between fifty and seventy-five interests, pick every seventh one. If you have over seventy-five interests, pick every tenth one. If you have fewer than ten, pick all of 'em. List them on your LJ, and tell everyone exactly what it is about these things that interests you so much.
Billy Boyd: Due to my immense love of The Lord of the Rings, basically. I felt he did the character of Pippin enormous justice. Plus, he's a lovely, funny Scotsman with a beautiful singing voice.
Caribbean History: Thanks to Pirates of the Caribbean I rediscovered my childhood love of pirates, which has since expanded to a real interest in their history, particularly in the Caribbean during the Golden Age.
Discworld: Terry Pratchett is one of the most inventive and funny authors of this century. Nuff said.
Edward Scissorhands: Tim Burton and Johnny Depp's greatest collaboration. I think everyone knows what it must feel like to be Edward.
Film Analysis: I just feel that you can get a lot more out of films when you understand it utterly. Martyn and Kate have corrupted me!
Grammar: Damn it, just get it right! Then I wouldn't have to patrol the way I do!
Icons: I admire people who make them, because I can't. I collect the ones I really like, especially amusing ones. I dunno, I just think they're a good mode of expression.
Kevin McNally: Man in the body of a badger. Gibbs is one awesome character, and Kevin has some of the greatest sideburn/beards ever.
Martin Freeman: Beginning with the ever adorable Tim Cnaterbury and moving forwards... no explanation is required.
Music: Can't play it, can't understand it, completely tone deaf. But music is like company when you're on your own. Everyone loves music.
Pirates: Arrr! C'mon, who doesn't love pirates!?
Randomness: Because it's just an easy way to have a giggle.
Sharon Osbourne: I admire her, really. She's strong, she's funny and she's so lovely all the time.
Stand-up Comedy: If you can't love a good stand-up, you should bugger off back to your own planet, I'm afraid.
Tim Burton: My favourite director. His style is so distinctive and his films intriguing and different.
Wooden eyeballs: I blame Ted and Terry for this, and Mackenzie Crook for being so damned adorable with a wooden eyeball. My family have strict instructions that, should I ever lose an eye, it is to be replaced with a wooden one.
My driving lesson today was much better and less stressful than before. I sitll don't feel that I'm doing that well, but I've got to work through it. I just need talking through everything as I do it still; I'm just too scared to be independent, and I panic if something goes wrong.
I hope you're okay,
chewbeaker. *Massive hugs* Hang in there, chuck.
