Am I just seriously incapacitated when it comes to plot-following? Cause people have been telling me that the twist in The Machinist is really obvious. They said this with The Others as well, and gosh darn it if I've not guessed the twist until it's happened. And I think it's better that way, but it still makes me feel thick as two short planks.

I love Hurley too, I love how he calls everyone "dude"..

I never realised the twist in The Others until the end.. mind you, I never guess those sorts of twists, ever!

I loved Ed Wood, even though several people tell me it's crap. Tim Burton loved working with all those people and with the material, that was evident. And Johnny loved playing Ed Wood. I was even contemplating buying Ed's movie "Plan 9 From Outer Space" since it's out on DVD in Germany, but up till now, I haven't made up my mind.

And I have to agree with you that Hurley is indeed adorable! Yesterday, at the airport, they were broadcasting his first episode and even though I didn't understand much since we arrived at the middle of the series and left before the end, I couldn't help squeeing over Hurley. :)

I really want to see Plan 9 From Outer Space! Just got the novelty factor more than anything. Watch it, watch it!

I've not seen Hurley's backstory yet, but I can't wait. We're on episode... well, I dunno. Ethan's just appeared, but we don't have a clue who he is, and Clare is in labour. That's it. Can't wait!
