Beginning of Foodblog!

Ever since moving out to my own apt with Lisa, I've been really eager to learn to cook. I've always watched lots of cooking shows, Kitchen Nightmares, Top Chef, MasterChef, Good Eats, Iron Chef, Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Acadamy and the list goes on :o I never got a chance to cook much when I was at home due to my mom looming over afraid I'd burn

lol you live right around the corner. If I'm home, you could swing by for dinner sometime. The steak meal for two probably came out to maybe $10-15 total. Ribeye steak was about $6. If we were to get that at a restaurant we would easily pay $30+ for the two of us.
