So my stepsister's second ex-husband got pulled over last night for a DUI at 2 in the morning and they found marijuana on him. Oh, and he had the two kids in the car with him! Child protection services let his mom and dad take custody of the kids till my stepsister could get up there this morning to get them, but God, talk about therapy for years

Holy fuck! I'm glad the kids are okay (physically) and hope that your stepsister will get full custody of them. That's a load of bullshit!

And she should definitely sue Gibson County Correctional Board. And divorce his sorry ass.

There should have been a warrant out when he didn't return the kids. Hopefully, your sister can get full custody and they won't have to deal with this again. Very happy the kids did not have to stay in child protective home overnight though.

Also who in their right mind has kids out at 2 AM, let alone be drunk with said kids?
