Normally I'd be beating myself up for not having written more thesis by this time on a wed night. And in reality I should be writing more of it, but I find I absolutely must post an entry about what just happened as it was so random/bizarre to be really amusing ( Read more... )

I had the same experience while I was working at Barnes and Noble cafe.These two girls came up, ordered there drinks and asked me if I believe in god. When I said yes they seemed surprised and happy then asked if I believed in the true god. Not sure what they meant I started to try to explain my rather all accepting view on divinity when I caught myself and realized they were coming to a selling point. I excused myself by saying I wasnt allowed to talk about religion on the clock but it was an awkward moment all around. I feel your pain. :)

At least they had different views of the true god. At least then there is room to argue. It's worse when they and you believe in the same thing exactly but they decide to argue it anyway - which makes no sense. Let's just argue cause we agree. What?
