Being a long-time P&tB fan, I particularly enjoyed the closing bit.

And the rest of it is as nightmarish as I could want, seeing how His Shortness is the PotC villain I most love to hate.

Thank you, but the ravens, wolves et al are just cliché, which I included for appearance, since the story itself is not quite as angsty as I thought was required for the spirit of the season.

Wow, that is a nightmare! He would have alot to account for, and reading through it, it just seemed to get worse and worse for him. 'Til the ending, when I giggled. Great job!

I don't think I knew whether to be amused, baffled, frightened, or hysterical.

That was brilliant, in short. Loved it. Quite creative and rather nightmarish if not of the usual Hallowe'en-ey sort.
