I just bought my plane ticket to Barcelona. It is a one way ticket leaving on June 25th. I am feeling very "ahhh" about it. Nervous but good. I was sort of putting off buying the ticket to see when Andrew was leavin, etc. I had wanted to leave a few days earlier but this will be good. My flight has two layovers, which I have never had to deal with

but it is really really hard to find work in barcelona in august. and when i say hard, i kinda mean impossible. i am trying to solidify my summer plans right now and its looking like i will have to leave bcn. ive been talking to other teachers here at my school and they confirm this. my school closes down for august and september. most other schools do the same. you might find a school that does intensive courses, but more or less spaniards get the month of august off because it is so hot (like 105-110 degree days?) entonces, they go abroad. so im giving you the advice they gave me
