lol this is a familiar pattern of fic notes to me. mine look very similar.

Fic notes for a WIP of mine:
psychic!sam/twins AU
Sam wet the bed dean takes blame (3) 1986
Dean afraid of the dark sam makes sure they get a nightlight. Brings it with them when johnleaves lawrence, brings it out when john is away on hunts. (7) 1990.
sam hits puberty later than dean, dean gets tall first (12) 1995. powers first manifest. school, bullying, etc.
Sam sprouted up like a weed and left dean behind, they get into a fight, dean disappears, sam knows he's alive ~somewhere (18) 2002
dean one of the special children, evil? sam contronted with him, w/ the colt and john (25) 2009

though at this point the second half are no longer accurate, but still. those are the notes.
