I am conforming to this sleep schedule. I'm waking up ten minutes before my alarm. I'm getting tired at midnight. I'm getting eight hours every night. OH GOD WHAT IS HAPPENING.
Ehhh i don't think it's as much about getting older, more that i'm being responsible about going to bed on time, and i have the same schedule at work every week, recently.
also i think now that i give myself more time in the mornings and i have a 40 minute drive, my body wakes me up earlier so that i'm better prepared for all that stuff, instead of my previous 20 minutes of preparation and 10 minutes of driving.
