This is the year people stop giving me presents

This is also the year that I've finally given in and bought Oxfam Unwrapped presents for everyone on my list- coincidence? Should anyone ever find themselves in the sad position of wanting to buy me something, I would be much much happier with something along these lines as I am lucky enough to be able to afford most things as I need them and tend ( Read more... )

My Gran was concerned about how she'd get the schooldesk from her house to the post office as she thought Oxfam delivered it to her to send to Africa. Loved the fact she would have been happy to pay a fortune in postage.

Thank god I didnt get her the goat!

When I leave my placement school I am getting them a 'Train A Teacher' gift even though it costs £27. :-)

Busy, mostly! My fondest wish right now is a holiday in the sun with a big pile of books and nothing constructive to be getting on with.
