Wow, they're really only paying you $6 and hour? But you're also getting college credit for it, don't forget that. And if it's 3 credit hours, that's like $345 you didn't have to spend towards college. If it's more than 3 credit hours... even better. Also, it's not a good idea to work for family because they rarely pay you.
Yeah, but I still have to pay UVSC for the credit hours I'm enrolled . . . since I dropped two classes past the date to add classes, I lost my financial aid (which I knew I was going to). So I have to pay for it myself. And I'm approved for 6 credit hours, not 3. I didn't choose it, either, my advisor picked that without consulting me. I don't know what to do. I'm going to talk to my mother about it tomorrow, when my stepfather isn't around.
