With the recent release of "GoldenEye 007: Reloaded" on 360 (a re-release of "GoldenEye 007" for the Wii, which is a reimagining of "GoldenEye 007" for the N64, which is a-blargharghflargh) I thought I'd revisit what is perhaps my favourite Bond game of recent times, "Blood Stone 007." Hmm. Sounds like there's a lot to appreciate about this Bond. Excellent review too. Aside from targeting the obvious areas like graphics/music/story, you also covered important stuff like the Bondness of the experience throughout and the gun selection.

Thanks! I think the authenticity of the experience is number 1 priority in any tie-in. It's all well and good creating a good game, but if it doesn't FEEL like a Bond game or a Batman game or whatever, then it's failed. I think this is much of the criticism levelled at the new FPS Bonds; they're too much like Call of Duty.
